From time to time, she takes on new clients.

Due to Laura’s speaking engagements and existing professional commitments, she only takes clients for whom she knows she can make a difference, and only does so when she knows that she can show up for them in a way that will be truly transformative.

Laura doesn’t follow a specific curriculum or professional coaching protocol. She simply listens to your hopes and dreams, your goals, your anxieties and fears (whether perceived or real), and gets you out of your own way and on the road to becoming limitless.

 

EXECUTIVE COACHING

These 90-day engagements are designed to be sprints, getting you quickly to where you want to be, in the short term but also with an eye to the future. This includes three 45-minute one-on-one Zoom video or telephone calls (your choice) with detailed homework and reading in between, as dictated by your particular goals and roadblocks. You will still hold the fourth week for a deep dive assignment but can schedule these as your busy schedule dictates.

Why 90 days? As is often the case, hiring a coach for too little time gives them just enough firepower to be dangerous, but not enough to actually be effective. As such, Laura asks that new coaching clients commit to a three-month contract to ensure that they get the best results with consistent coaching.

Coaching agreements begin at $6,000 per month.

 

ADVISORY SERVICES

Every person in the C-Suite needs an advisor, a consigliere, a vizier, a sounding board, someone who is there just for them, with no agenda and no conflict of interest. Do you have one?

Advisory engagements are done by retainer, and operate in an on-call fashion, starting at $10,000 month.
